“Site Access Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement”

In consideration of entry, I acknowledge and agree that:

• Access to the Reflection Metal Polishing Workshop at 1-57 Burnside Road, Stapylton QLD 4207 is by prior authorisation only and only during approved timeframe while authorised staff are present.

• I enter at my sole risk and accept all hazards, including industrial, mechanical, chemical, electrical, environmental, and vehicle-related risks.

• I must strictly comply with all rules, directions, PPE, signage, access, equipment, chemical, waste, and safety requirements.

• Use my own products/tools and I will handle and dispose of chemicals safely and in compliance with laws.

• I acknowledge the specified timeframe allocated for this matter. I will adhere to it and will vacate the premises upon the expiration of the time limit.

• Unauthorised persons, restricted areas, and minors without written approval are prohibited; breach may result in immediate removal and refusal of access.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and indemnify the Facility Owner/Operator, Reflection Metal Polishing, Ritchie Bros Auctioneers, and their personnel from all liability arising from my entry, presence, conduct, negligence, omission, or breach.

• I warrant that I hold current and adequate public liability insurance and will provide evidence on request.

Law: Queensland law applies and Queensland courts have jurisdiction.
